Hi all, I am interested to know the dates TWA flew to Geneva with the Connie and from when they started with the B707 till they shut down the operation in 1978.
Thank you for your reply

Reynald, If you send me your e-mail address I can get you together with some TWA GVA oldtimers. I started with TWA ZRH in 1962 and we still had Cargo Connie's. CIAO, Siggi ziggyg@shaw.ca www.travelwithexperience.com

I am a new member and wondered if you were still interested in more information about GVA?
Cheers!

Thank you for your reply Reynald Frey Geneva Hi Reynald It's a small world! I believe we have met a couple of years ago upon a TWA Seniors-Club Meeting at either GVA or ZRH (looks like i'm getting old, not remembering the exact place). Whatsoever, unfortunately I cannot tell you anything about Connie-Operations thru GVA, but you might also be interested to know, that the first TWA Flight into LSZH was with a Connie on January 17, 1949. I have a painted picture of this event on file. If you are interested, I can mail you a scanned copy. Best regards Markus PS: The very first landing of a B-747 in Zurich (and propably in Switzerland) was on February 08, 1970
