I've gotten e-mails from a number of people who have had trouble adding their names to the new TWAlive Aviators Directory.
The problem is that the directory system is hosted on a different server from the rest of my TWAlive website. This other server will only allow 1000 accesses to the directory per day. This should be more than enough for the everyday operation of the directory, but the limit was reached quickly as everyone tried to access the directory to add their entries once the new site went online.
If you get the error message indicating "1000 CGI executions" have been exceeded, try again the next day. It is a temporary error message and only lasts 24 hours at the most. I don't think anyone will be seeing this error message anymore in a few days, as the traffic evens out and becomes more steady.
There is one other error message you may get when using the directory: if you get an error message that does not say anything about 1000 executions, it is a somewhat random problem and all you need to do is try whatever you were doing again. (For example, if you clicked the letter A to see entries beginning with A and this resulted in the error, just click the A again - it should work).
I hope this helps solve some of the problems people have been having.
Nick

Hi Nick: Found a way around the Directory Problem. If you research your name, the add directory will come up.
